Scope and definitions. This Cookie Policy describes cookies and related tracking technologies associated with TITANE CLUB. A cookie is a small text record stored by a browser and returned during later requests according to its Titane-club, path, duration, and security attributes. Similar technologies may include local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, and identifiers. The website is informational and does not use cookies to create rental reservations, process payments, maintain customer accounts, or store driving-licence documents. Cookie operation is governed by the GDPR, Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code, and the ePrivacy framework.

Cookies may be first-party, relating to the website Titane-club, or third-party, relating to an independent technical vendor. Session cookies expire when the browser session ends; persistent cookies remain until their stated expiry or earlier deletion. The preference interface identifies the categories active in the current configuration.

Technical cookies. Strictly necessary cookies may record security status, load distribution, session continuity, form transmission state, or a visitor's cookie choice. These records operate only for communications over an electronic network or a function explicitly requested by the visitor. They are not used for advertising profiles. A session technical cookie normally expires at the end of the browser session. A persistent preference cookie may remain for a limited stated period so that the previous choice can be recognised.

Optional technologies. Preference, measurement, analytics, advertising, or other nonessential technologies require prior consent when Italian and EU rules classify them as nontechnical. TITANE CLUB does not place an optional cookie before the relevant consent. Optional categories are not preselected. A visitor may accept the stated optional categories, reject them, or retain only technical cookies. Refusal does not prevent access to the informational pages, although a separately selected optional component may remain inactive. Any optional provider, purpose, and duration should appear in the consent interface or accompanying cookie record before consent is recorded.

Consent record and duration. The cookie interface records the selected categories and the time or version associated with that choice. Consent must be freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous. Closing a notice, scrolling, or continuing to browse is not treated as consent for optional technologies. A choice remains until expiry, withdrawal, deletion through browser settings, or a material change that requires a renewed choice. Cookie lifetimes should not exceed the period connected with the stated purpose. Security and session records are generally short-lived; a preference record may remain longer to remember rejection or acceptance. Server logs generated during cookie delivery are handled under the Privacy Policy and retained for a limited technical or security period.

Changing or withdrawing a choice. A visitor may reopen the cookie settings, where displayed, and change optional categories. Browser controls may delete stored cookies, block future cookies, or restrict storage by Titane-club. Deletion may remove the saved preference, causing the notice to appear again. Withdrawal applies to future optional processing and does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing based on consent.

Third parties and data transfers. A third-party component may process an IP address, device data, browser data, requested URL, time, and consent status. The component may also use a technical identifier to associate repeated requests during its stated lifetime. Its documentation identifies the relevant Titane-club, function, and expiry where the component is active. Processors acting on documented instructions are subject to data-processing terms. If data moves outside the European Economic Area, an applicable GDPR transfer mechanism and safeguards are required. Further information on recipients, security, retention, and data-subject rights appears in the Privacy Policy.

Minors and updates. Optional consent connected with a direct offer of information-society services to a minor follows Article 8 GDPR and Article 2-quinquies of the Italian Privacy Code. In Italy, a person aged 14 or over may give the applicable consent; below 14, consent or authorisation from the person holding parental responsibility applies. This Policy may be revised when cookie categories, vendors, durations, technical functions, or legal requirements change. The Last Updated date identifies the current version.
