Website status and scope. These Terms & Conditions govern access to TITANE CLUB. The website contains general English-language information concerning luxury, exotic, and supercar rental terminology, documentation, vehicle classifications, and location context in Rome and Milan. It is noncommercial. It does not operate a rental fleet, display live inventory, issue quotations, arrange bookings, accept payments, create subscriptions, register users, or form vehicle rental contracts. A reference to a vehicle, category, city, document, process, or contractual field is descriptive and does not constitute an offer.

Access is subject to these Terms and the legal notices linked in the footer. A visitor who does not accept the Terms may stop using the website. No account, membership, or payment is required. Dates in policies use the DD/MM/YYYY format.

Permitted interaction. A visitor may view pages, follow internal links, use browser printing or accessibility functions, and send a voluntary general message through the Contact page. Contact messages must concern the website and must not contain identity documents, driving-licence copies, payment information, sensitive data, unlawful material, malicious code, or confidential third-party records. The form is not a rental application and a submission does not create a rental relationship.

Prohibited technical activity. A visitor must not interfere with page operation, bypass access restrictions, submit automated traffic that materially disrupts the website, test systems without authorisation, introduce malicious code, misrepresent message identity, or use website content in a manner contrary to applicable law. Standard indexing by search engines remains subject to published technical instructions. No uninterrupted access statement is made.

Intellectual property. Website text, arrangement, visual elements, logos, and original materials may be protected by intellectual-property rules. Links and data processing. A link to an independent page identifies an external location and does not make that page part of TITANE CLUB. External content, availability, security, and data processing are determined by the relevant operator.
