Privacy Policy

Scope and categories of data. This Privacy Policy concerns personal data processed when a person views TITANE CLUB or sends a voluntary message through the Contact page. The website is informational and does not create user accounts, accept reservations, process rental payments, receive driving licences, or arrange vehicle rentals. Data categories may include a name, email address, telephone number, message text, consent record, submission time, IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, language, referrer, security event data, and cookie preference. Data entered into a contact message originates from the sender. Technical records originate from the browser, hosting environment, security functions, and form-processing infrastructure. Cookie data originates from the browser after the applicable cookie choice. Sensitive data, identity documents, licence copies, payment data, and rental deposits are not requested. A sender should not place those categories in a message.

Purposes and legal bases. Contact data is processed to receive, review, and answer a general website message, keep a limited correspondence record, and document consent. The legal basis is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR where the form states that basis. Technical records are processed for transmission, page delivery, error recording, security, and prevention of unauthorised technical activity. The applicable basis may be legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR or a legal obligation under Article 6(1)(c), depending on the record and circumstances. Necessary cookies operate for communications, security, or a function requested by the visitor. Nonessential cookies or similar technologies are not placed before consent under Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the ePrivacy framework.

Retention, recipients, and security. Contact messages are retained only for the period needed to handle the correspondence and related legal or recordkeeping requirements, then deleted or anonymised. Technical logs are retained for a limited security and diagnostic period. Consent records remain for the period required to demonstrate the recorded choice. Cookie duration is stated in the Cookie Policy or the relevant preference interface. Data may be processed by hosting, form, email, maintenance, and security vendors acting under documented instructions and confidentiality terms. Access is restricted according to task, and measures may include transport encryption, access controls, logging, backups, updates, and incident procedures. No method of electronic processing is risk-free.

Transfers and special categories. Processing is generally associated with Italy or the European Economic Area. If a processor handles data outside the EEA, the transfer requires an applicable GDPR mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or contractual safeguards, together with relevant supplementary measures. TITANE CLUB does not intentionally process special-category data. If such data is submitted without request, it is assessed for deletion or restricted handling. For a direct offer of information-society services to a minor based on consent, a person aged 14 or over may consent under Article 2-quinquies of the Italian Privacy Code; below 14, consent or authorisation from the person holding parental responsibility applies.
